SERVPRO® of Lake Conroe, Magnolia & Cleveland Customer Care Coordinator

Primary Responsibilities
• Provide excellent customer service
• Receive phone calls and greet visitors
• Receive job leads / dispatch service calls
• Coordinate crew and job scheduling
• Perform detailed and accurate data entry
• Perform general administrative duties
• Assist with other office duties, as needed
• Assist with office housekeeping duties

Hours
• 40 hours/week, flexible to work overtime as required
• 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday – Friday with occasional weekends
• Rotating 24/7 weekly emergency on-call telephone shifts

Skills Required:

• 2 years office experience
• Customer service and dispatching a plus
• Outstanding communication skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional during tense or stressful situations
• Organized with an eye for detail
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Ability to multi-task and excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to learn new software, including Xactimate® and proprietary software
• High school diploma or GED


Compensation:
$10 Hourly
