Responsible for specific multiple aspects of agency organization and acts with the ED in the administration of agency programs and outside services.
Responsible for personnel administration; employee compensation/benefits; quality assurance; safety/risk management and for recruitment/training of volunteers. Responsible for Admissions and coordination of transportation for clients.
Administers to organization's fundraising activities including donor identification and management; annual and special campaigns/special events.
Develops and implements organizations's programs (assess needs and ensures that objectives are met; provides direction and supervision to staff; conduct staff and client evaluations; monitor records/assessments).
Participates in staff development and required training.
Exhibits professionalism and commitment through punctuality and attendance.
