BANDIER Realty Partners closes lease in River Bend Station

CONROE, Texas -- Jason Tangen of BANDIER Realty Partners represented Seismic Energy Products, L.P. in a 9,750 square foot lease in River Bend Station at 11133 I-45 South, in Conroe, Texas.

Seismic Energy Products, L.P., based out of Athens, Texas decided to open a new facility near the Houston area to be closer to their client base. The decision to lease space in the Conroe area was made because of the close proximity of The Woodlands, as well as the workforce from the Lone Star College System. Seismic Energy Products, L.P. provides custom fabricated structural bearings for buildings, bridges, and infrastructure world-wide.

Landlord is Interra – W&A RBS, LLC. Landlord’s Broker was Dave Zweig of Interra Capital.
