Job Description

BASIC FUNCTION: To assist with production and preparation of food products as needed.

? High school diploma or equivalent.
? Experience in food preparation in a high volume kitchen.
? Ability to operate kitchen power equipment.
? Ability to utilize cutting instruments.
? Ability to transport, handle and/or lift 40 lbs. (NOTE: kitchen equipment and food and non-food items).
? Ability to work flexible shift and stand for long period of time
? Ability to read and interpret recipe cards
