HELP WANTED: Experienced Office Manager for Professional Office

Individual must be a friendly, detailed, energetic and proactive professional who desires to work with people in a fun, fast paced, professional organization. Display a professional, polished appearance and demeanor at all times. Strong comfort level with technology and learning new programs. Experience with Microsoft Office tools and QuickBooks is a plus. Must be able to successfully handle multiple projects and priorities at the same time as they will be assisting multiple professionals in busy Conroe office. Individual should be detail oriented and be a natural organizer with the flexibility to work late hours if needed. Job duties include front office administration including answering the office main phone line, screening and transferring calls, greeting clients and guests, opening, preparing, and closing office each day and office support. Office support includes AR/AP, internal accounting, scanning, assembly of finished products, coordinating shipping/receiving all packages through FedEx, UPS, courier service and regular mail, and other Ad hoc projects.
