SUMMARY
This position is detail-oriented relying on a high level of accuracy and strong attention to detail. Responsible for processing customer sales orders. Delivering information and resolving issues in an accurate and timely manner, while supporting good relationships with both internal and external customers.

Location: Tomball, TX

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the following satisfactorily; other duties may be assigned. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
• Communicate with Installation Project Managers (IPM) to verify the units sold to customer are matching what the customer is expecting before ordering if order inconsistencies exist.
• Communicate with the Customer Service Representative using Non-Standard Product Requests (NSPR) and Standard Product Request Sheets (SPRS) on any order questions related to a customer, and all ordering status change updates.
• Work with the Installation Quality Control Manager to place reliable and accurate unit orders.
• Print all documents and prepare orders for processing.
• Enter orders within the ordering system. Once reviewed and confirmed by corporate, release the order so Customer Service Representative can schedule the installation upon estimated time of arrival being provided.
• Work with the Office Manager on special customer projects or needs related to a customer’s order.
• Assist warehouse with orders as needed.
• Establish, maintain, and update files, records, and databases with needed notes.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Ability:
Read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos. Write simple correspondence. Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees.

Employees must display strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, sensitivity, dependability, oral and written communications skills, organizational skills, work standards and follow up.

Mathematical Ability:
Add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Compute rate, ratio and percent, and draw and interpret bar graphs.

Computer Skills:
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams.
