Location: Tomball, TX
Compensation: $18.00-$20.00 per hour depending on experience.

Position Summary:
Under general supervision of the Office Manager, is responsible for providing escalated customer care for both internal and external customers within the service and warranties department. Maintains customer-centric support adhering to Signature Service standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the following satisfactorily; other duties may be assigned. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
• Answer or return any Service or Warranties related communications from previous or current customers outside of National Service Assessment (NSA) team.
• Respond and assist with the NSA Teams chat.
• Assist Design Specialist with quotes for product reorders.
• Work with the Service team to place reliable and accurate unit orders.
• Work with Service Technicians to utilize Tech See on all applicable customer issues.
• Schedule, track, maintain, and follow through with customers to resolution on all service-related calls.
• Work with the Office Manager on special customer projects or needs related to a customer’s order.
• Assist Customer Care Representative or JIP (Job in Progress) Specialists with orders as needed.
• Ordering stock parts for service technicians. Handling inventory control to ensure stock parts are available for service technicians.
• Establish, maintain, and update files, records, and databases including needed notes and statuses within customer relationship management system (CRM).
• Optimize daily route scheduling.
• Make completion calls and inform homeowners of upcoming service surveys.
• Daily confirming and uploading of Service labor bills for installer services.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
• 3 to 5 years of non-customer facing, phone, customer service experience
• Minimum 1 year of escalated customer service experience required.
• 1+ years of customer scheduling, service, repairs and warranties.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Required knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel (intermediate).
• Preferred Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, SalesForce, and computer texting software.
