WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING | THE JOB

Under general supervision of the Office Manager, you will be taking customers after the sale until the installation of windows and doors. You will be the key point of contact for customer questions related to financing and installation. Overall serving as a liaison between the customer and Renewal by Andersen of Houston. Customer Care Representatives will be a fully engaged customer care experience for the Renewal by Andersen customers. Performs all activities necessary to deliver fully delightful, signature service, customer experience from start to finish.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING | THE PERSON
• 3 years Customer Service experience primarily by phone
• Two years escalated customer service experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-motivation
• A positive attitude
• Desire to learn and grow
