Full-Time Insurance Clerk Wanted Immediately

1. Salary 18.00 per hour.
2. Full time
a. Employee must work 40 hours.
b. Must be available to work on Friday, Saturday, and Monday
c. TTA will pay for the Texas County Mutual - Licensing Course and test. The new employee must pass the test within a week. TTA will pay for the first 40 hours worked at 16.00/hour.
d. Then after, Salary will be increased to 18.00 per hour.
3. Skills
a. Must be bilingual in English/Spanish
b. High school diploma or equivalent
c. Computer skills
d. Fast typing
e. Able to grasp information quickly.
f. Multi-tasker
g. Experience with Customer Service
h. Friendly attitude required.
4. Duties

5. Benefits – after 3 months
a. Group Health Insurance – Those who enroll pay 25%, company pays 75%

b. Plan: Company shall make a safe harbor matching contribution equal to 100% of your salary deferrals that do not exceed 3% of your compensation, plus 50% of your salary deferrals between 3% and 5% of your compensation. Please refer to the: “Safe Harbor Notice” for additional information.
c. The following holidays are observed by TTA: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas. Holidays will be paid as 8 hours for all full-time and part-time staff with the one exception. Absence on workday before or after holiday will void holiday pay

We need a License at Texas County Mutual. Employee must work 40 hours. Must be bilingual in English/Spanish, Computer skills, fast typing ,friendly attitude required, Benefits: group health insurance, 401(k), We will pay for holidays, first year holiday for one week- 10 years full days of paid vacation 15 days, sick time 40 hours
