Texas Music Series underway until August 31

CONROE, Texas -- Back in March, popular Texas musician Josh Ward with guest performance from Jody Booth kicked off the 2012 Lake Conroe Music Series at The County Line BBQ Restaurant on Lake Conroe.

Held every Friday night from March 2 through August 31st, the music concerts run from 7:30PM – 12PM on the restaurant’s beautiful waterfront patio stage; admission for the March concerts is $5 for adults; free for kids 12 and under. Music lovers can enjoy County Line’s “get it all over ‘ya” BBQ in the restaurant or outside on the patio, and are welcome by water or by land, with plenty of free boat docks and ground parking.

Seating is first come, first served; reservations aren't accepted. The restaurant will offer appetizers and drink specials on concert nights, preshow Happy Hour $2.00 Domestic Longnecks 6pm – 8pm in addition to the traditional, smoke-cooked Texas BBQ menu items prepared by County Line's Texas-bred battalion of grill masters. In case of inclement weather, the music concerts are moved inside.

This is our third year, the first 2 years music series ran every Friday night throughout the summer of 2010 and 2011 with Texas music legends like Cory Morrow, Stoney LaRue, Jason Boland, Josh Abbott, Charlie Robison, Brandon Ryder, and many many more. This year we are bringing back your favorites.

County Line BBQ on Lake Conroe is located at 15256 Highway 105 West in Montgomery, TX. It is open 11am - 9pm Sundays through Thursdays and from 11am - 11pm Fridays and Saturdays.
