"The members of the Splendora Fire Department and Commissioners of MCESD #11 send our thoughts and prayers to the families of Brad Frazier and his wife, Shea, who tragically passed away yesterday evening.

Brad spent several years (2008 - 2014) as a faithful volunteer member of our organization where he routinely assisted in fire protection, public education activities, and community service. Brad, your commitment to our community was an example of the fine man you grew to be. We could not have been more proud of your accomplishments and to have been given the chance to call you a brother.

Rest easy our friend."
