Get a sneak peek at 55+ Converde™ the first Trilogy® by Shea Homes® community in Texas during the Summer Social & Model Hard Hat Tour at Evergreen, 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, May 16.

The free event takes place at The Arbor at Evergreen, 16305 Gulf Coast Road in Conroe. Attendees will have the opportunity to tour model homes before the grand opening while enjoying interactive lifestyle presentations, resort-inspired spritz and sips, curated culinary creations, live music and onsite community tours. Final tours take place at 2 p.m. Guests are asked to wear closed-toe shoes for their safety.
