We are looking for a Parts Delivery/Warehouse personnel to join our growing company and team. We pride ourselves in knowing we provide quality customer relations, communication and high end services at an affordable cost.

Job Types: Full-time

Specific Responsibilities:

Deliver Parts and Equipment - Safely transport HVAC parts, equipment, and materials to job sites and customer locations promptly.

Load and Unload Shipments - Assist with loading and unloading parts and equipment from delivery vehicles.

Organize Warehouse - Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and efficient for easy access to parts and supplies.

Inspect Deliveries - Verify incoming shipments for accuracy and check for damage before storing items in the warehouse.

Pick and Pack Orders - Select and prepare parts for work orders to be completed.

Maintain Delivery Vehicle - Conduct routine checks on company vehicle and report any maintenance issues promptly.

Assist Technicians - Provide parts and materials to field technicians as needed to support their work.

Adhere to Safety Guidelines - Follow company safety policies, including proper handling of tools and hazardous materials.

Document Transactions - Maintain detailed records of deliveries, pickups, and inventory changes.

Communicate with Team - Stay in regular communication with office staff and technicians to address any delivery or inventory needs.

Inspect Equipment - Periodically check warehouse equipment like forklifts and tools to ensure they are in good working order.

Process Returns - Handle the return of defective or unused or warranty parts to suppliers and update inventory accordingly.

Support Special Projects - Assist in additional installation tasks during busy periods, including recycling old equipment that comes back to the shop.
