This role requires a hands-on approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently while ensuring high-quality results.

Proven experience in general maintenance or maintenance person services is preferred.
Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
Familiarity with basic electrical systems, plumbing, carpentry, and painting techniques.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues accurately.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team when required.
Reliable transportation required
Bi-lingual is preferred but not necessary
