Local author Lorrie Parise to host book signing
CONROE, TX – Lorrie Parise, longtime resident of Montgomery County and former director of PR and Community Relations for The Howard Hughes Corporation, has announced the release of her newly published memoir, titled 25902: Homemade With Love, which recently received a five?star rating from Readers’ Favorite®.
To celebrate the launch of her book, Parise will hold a book-signing event in Conroe at at 2nd & Charles, located at 1306 West Davis Street on Saturday, April 25 from 12:00 - 5:00 p.m. For Woodlands fans, she will hold a signing event two days before that on Thursday, April 23 at Village Books, located at 9955 Woodlands Parkway, at 6:30 p.m.
25902: Homemade with Love is the true story of a Montgomery County home that shaped the life of Parise. The numbers mark the address where her parents built their home while raising a family, pouring their faith, sacrifice, and determination into every part of it. As she walks through the house one last time before selling it, each room brings back the moments that shaped her family. In honoring her parents’ legacy, Parise preserves the story of two remarkable parents and the lasting power of family and home.
“I wrote 25902 to honor my parents, two ordinary people whose quiet strength made them extraordinary,” Parise told Woodlands Online. “The home they built still carries their presence, and I wanted to preserve that feeling for anyone who understands how deeply a place and a family can shape a life.”
