Christi Finnell Earns Senior Housing Certification to Better Serve Montgomery County Families

Conroe, TX – Christi Finnell, a REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker Realty serving Conroe and Montgomery County, has earned the Certified Senior Housing Professional (CSHP) designation from the Seniors Real Estate Institute. The certification reflects advanced training focused on helping seniors and their families navigate downsizing and late-in-life transitions.

Finnell has built her real estate business around working with longtime homeowners and their families—many of whom are facing complex and emotional decisions about what comes next.
