CH&P Management makes new location official with Conroe/Lake Conroe Ribbon Cutting 2200 FM 3083 in Conroe

CONROE, TX -- Ryan and Savannah Crihfield officially opened their new location with CH&P Management located at 2200 FM 3083 in Conroe. Since its founding in 2013, CH&P Management has grown from a two-person operation into a 33-person team dedicated to serving homeowners associations across Montgomery County and surrounding areas.

Established on September 10, 2013, by Savannah Crihfield, CMCA, AMS, PCAM, CH&P Management LLC specializes in comprehensive community association management services for single-family homeowners and property owner associations throughout southeast Texas, with a focus on Montgomery County and surrounding areas.

Professional managers provide administrative, operational, and managerial counsel to community association boards. Managers typically are responsible for managing budgets and contractors, directing association personnel, and overseeing compliance with association covenants and restrictions.
