City now offering e-mail delivery of utility bills

CONROE, Texas -- The City of Conroe Utility Billing Department can now send monthly utility bills & reminders via e-mail. Residential and Commercial customers can choose to receive their utility bills and reminder notices via e-mail with a valid e-mail address. When selecting this option, customers will no longer receive paper utility bills and reminder notices via the United States Postal Service.

This convenient method allows you to reduce paper waste and contribute to the conservation of the local environment.

To sign up, go to the City's website and select the Online Services link. Click on the E-Bill application located in the Online Documents section. Simply complete the form and send it to the Utility Billing Department.
