BANDIER F.A.S.T team assists in recovery of property

CONROE, Texas -- Jason Tangen, Rob Banzhaf and Jody Czajkoski of BANDIER Realty Partners’ Foreclosure Asset Services Team (F.A.S.T.) represented Clearwater 2007 Note Program, LLC in the disposition of 9.677 acre tract on I-45 frontage road North at League Line Road, for a private lender.

BANDIER’s F.A.S.T. team helped the seller achieve some immediate recovery while allowing them to hold onto additional land for future sale. Seller has an additional +/- 22.72 acres with frontage along SH-75 (N. Frasier) to sell at a future date.
