Montgomery County Sheriff's police blotter: July 23 - July 29

CONROE, Texas --The following incidences were reported by the Montgomery County Sheriff's office between July 23 and July 29,2012:

A 26 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 2:13pm, July 23, and taken to jail from a residence on Ehlers Road by Deputy A. Terrell for a fail to appear warrant out of Montgomery County JP 4. The Deputy was investigating a disturbance.

On July 23, Deputy R. Stein was sent to a residence on Hwy 105E in reference to an assualt. The Deputy met with a female who advised she and her husband had gotten into an argument that led to the husband hitting her. The male had left the scene but was stopped in the 3300 block of N. Loop 336 East. The 33 year old male was arrested at 7:00pm and transported to jail.

On July 24, Deputy S. Degner stopped a suspicious vehicle on Hwy 75. The male driver was found to be operating the vehicle with an invalid driver’s license. The 32 year old male from Willis was arrested at 8:19pm and taken to jail.

A 25 year old female from Montgomery was arrested at 6:25pm, July 24, and taken to jail from an area near FM 1097 and Cude Cemetery Road by Deputy Z. Winford for a traffic warrant out of JP 1 Montgomery County. The Deputy was investigating a welfare concern.

A 55 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 10:17pm, July 24, and taken to jail from a residence on Point Clear by Deputy S. Degner for an assault warrant out of Montgomery County. The Deputy received a tip on the male’s location.

A 49 year old female from Conroe was arrested at 11:19pm, July 24, at a residence on Silver City Loop by Deputy Z, Winford for two theft by check warrants out of Montgomery County. Also, a 22 year old male, from Conroe, was arrested at the same location for a theft by check warrant. The Deputy was investigating a disturbance.

On July 25, Deputy K. Berger stopped a vehicle on a traffic violation in the area of Magnolia Bend and Pine Road. The male driver was found to be operating the vehicle with an invalid driver’s license with a previous conviction. The 33 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 12:55pm and transported to jail.

On July 27, Deputy C. Santoro was notified of a suspicious vehicle in the 10900 block of West FM 1097. The Deputy located the vehicle and observed an intoxicated female passed out in the front seat. The 36 year old female from Willis was arrested at 3:42am and taken to jail.

On July 28, Deputy C. Santoro was sent to a residence on Thompson Road in reference to a female juvenile runaway. During the investigation the Deputy found that the two adults living at the residence had knowledge that the juvenile was a runaway. The two females, 22 and 50 years of age, from Willis were arrested at 8:20pm, charged with harboring a runaway and transported to jail.

On July 28, Deputy S. Degner was advised of a possible intoxicated driver on FM 1314 being followed by witnessess. The Deputy located the vehicle and found the female driver to be intoxicated. The 22 year old female from Montgomery was arrested at 9:52pm charged with DWI and transported to jail.

A 21 year old female from Conroe was arrested at 9:37am, July 29, and taken to jail from a residence on White Oak Orchard by Deputy M. Aaron for a fail to appear warrant out of JP 4 Montgomery County.
