BANDIER Realty Partners sells Hilltop Business Park in Conroe

CONROE, Texas -- Jason Tangen of BANDIER Realty Partners represented Chrisman Properties, LLC in the sale of Hilltop Business Park, consisting of 29,000 SF in 4 industrial buildings. The industrial park was 74% occupied at the time of purchase. The sale included an additional 8 acres of land for future expansion of the park. The property is located at 3702 & 3704 Hilltop Dr., Conroe, Texas.

Jason Tangen stated, “This was a great value-add investment opportunity. The buyer bought the property with the intention of future industrial development on the additional acreage. Current rental income will help offset these development costs."
