6.5 Acre Tract Acquired for Future Office-Warehouse Industrial Complex

CONROE, Texas--The J. Beard Real Estate Company, LP, has brokered the sale of 6.5 acre tract on the southwest corner of Fawn Trail and Donwick Drive, south of Conroe. The parcel is located in the high-growth area adjacent to The Woodlands Harper’s Landing, and will have access from SH 242 via Donwick Drive.

One block east of Interstate 45, the 6.5 acre tract was purchased for a future light industrial-office warehouse park. Currently being pre-leased, the first building will be completed in March 2013. The buyer, a private partnership from The Woodlands, was represented by Jeff Beard of the J. Beard Real Estate Company in The Woodlands.
