CONROE, Texas -- All our patients, friends, and supporters are invited to join Lone Star Family Health Center in celebrating National Health Center Week. Health Centers like LSFHC provide a high quality, easily accessible health care for ALL members of the community, including the underserved, underinsured, and un-insured.

• Information for Childbirth Classes WIC Nutrition Programs

Lone Star Family Health Center was formed as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit in 2002 to strengthen, stabilize and expand patient access to affordable health care services in the Montgomery County area. LSFHC is staffed by board-certified physicians, nurse practitioners and resident physicians. The staff and leadership save lives by providing the highest quality care to all patients – from prenatal and newborns to the elderly – and serves as a medical home for ALL who seek care.
