Mims Baptist Church dedicates new Preschool/Children's Ministry Building Sept 8

CONROE, Texas -- Mims Baptist Church in Conroe will dedicate its new Preschool/Children's Ministry Building this Sunday, September 8. Right on target to be complete at the end of this summer, the groundbreaking took place less than a year ago October 28 of 2012.

Located at 1609 Porter Road in Conroe had a groundbreaking service for a new Preschool/Children's Ministry Building, the 39,000 square foot building was designed by Studio Red Architects of Houston. Rosenberger Construction of Sugarland was awarded the contract and construction.

This new facility will be state-of-the-art including an indoor and outdoor playground area, secured check in stations, and multi-media capabilities for birth through 6th grades. There will also be a fully-equipped, multi-purpose Banquet Facility to accommodate seating up to 600 people.

Mims Baptist Church provides exciting ministries for all ages and invites the community to visit the new Preschool/Children's Ministry Building. The church will continue to emphasize Bible preaching and teaching, beautiful Gospel music, and many special events, concerts, and ministries, to every age group from birth to senior adults.
