Conroe Today's initial monthly morning coffee was attended by a dozen entrepreneurs and business owners who are interested in maximizing their exposure on the world wide web. The growth in Montgomery County will give the advantage to those who take a 'first mover' approach.

CONROE, Texas -- Conroe Today will be hosting a monthly opportunity for businesses to network the first Monday of each month, in their Conroe location at 1520 North Frazier Street at Chocolate Passion. The popularity of networking events and organizations in the community have made business owners aware that the most effective way to grow your company is through ‘meet and greets.’

“People do business with people they have come to know and like personally,” said Marion Cave, the Conroe Today Sales and Marketing representative for the Conroe and Lake Conroe area. “We wanted to provide them with an opportunity to do so in an informal setting without fees and formalities.”

The ‘Monday Monthly Coffee’ will be held from 8:30 - 9:30 a.m. Among those present, one business will have the opportunity to showcase their website by means of a business card draw. The door prize will be a Conroe Today business publishing account valued at $500. Co-hosting the event will be Leslie Dupuy, another sales and marketing representative for the Conroe/Lake Conroe area.

Those present will also have the opportunity to ask about the advantages of online advertising, and be exposed to the many nuances of an online community website, and how they can leverage them for branding and maximum exposure.
