La Torretta Lake Resort & Spa introduces new spa and fitness offerings

MONTGOMERY, Texas -- La Torretta Lake Resort & Spa, the premier Texas resort on Lake Conroe, has invigorated its spa and fitness center offerings, with an enhanced menu that couples spa and fitness services like never before.

Located in a secluded venue at the resort, the Spa at La Torretta is open to resort guests and local residents. Spa and fitness highlights include eucalyptus-infused treatments in the authentic Turkish Hammam, Tabata and Beach Boot Camp classes and more.

Options include:

Yogamazing – a combination of yoga followed by a neck, back and shoulder massage. Class prices begin at $91.

Massageamazing – a Beach Boot Camp Class and one-hour Swedish massage followed by a eucalyptus steam in a Turkish Hammam steam room. Prices start at $145.

Nirvanamazing – pairs Beach Yoga with a eucalyptus steam in the Turkish Hammam steam room followed by an express facial and a neck, back and shoulder massage. Prices start at $145.

Teacher Tuesdays – La Torretta Lake Resort & Spa appreciates our private and public school teachers! Start your afternoon with a relaxing 25-minute neck, back and shoulder massage, followed by an invigorating Tabata Boot Camp along with stretch yoga. Classes begin at 4:30 pm and are priced at $75.

Mommy Mondays – Moms need “me” time too! Monday morning classes begin at 9 am and include Tabata Boot camp and 25 minutes of stretch and yoga followed by a neck, back and shoulder massage. Class prices are $81.
