Entrepreneurs' Organization launches chapter in The Woodlands

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Texas - The chapter serves business owners north of Beltway 8, from Kingwood to Hempstead.

Global nonprofit selects The Woodlands for newest chapter


“This new chapter gives legitimacy to The Woodlands as its own economic hub,” said EO-The Woodlands President Tim Wells. “The growth north of Houston has been incredible and includes more than just large corporations. It’s an awesome place for people to start and grow their businesses as well.”

Entrepreneurs Organization has 150 chapters in 48 countries. In addition to providing world-class learning events and leadership training, the group places each member in a group of peers where the struggles and successes of owning a business are shared.

The 16 founding members of The Woodlands chapter includes owners with businesses in a diverse group of industries, including manufacturing, legal services, technology, retail, financial services, healthcare and more. They are:

The chapter aims to have 60 members by next year and 100 members by 2017.

To qualify, members must own or have a controlling ownership in a business with at least $1 million in annual gross revenues.
