CONROE, Texas - A sold-out crowd at the Conroe/Lake Conroe Chamber of Commerce 2016 Chairman’s Ball honored Dr. Don Stockton for a year of service that was as exciting as the ball that featured a cocktail hour, dinner, dancing, awards, and casino games.

Stockton’s term as Chairman of the Board saw record numbers at the annual fundraisers that included the Tastefest and Lobsterfest, and community projects like the job fair and numerous networking events. Most significantly was the 3 Star Accreditation awarded the Chamber by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. The collaboration between Chairman Stockton and outgoing President Scott Harper, in achieving this distinction, puts the Conroe Chamber in the elite three percent of chambers with a 3 Star Accreditation status.
