MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TX --

A historic Montgomery schoolhouse is getting a new purpose thanks to local real estate agent – and new RE/MAX Broker/Owner – Michelle Cannon. The 154-year-old building at 21012 Eva Street will be the new home of RE/MAX Distinction when the brokerage opens in early September.

The real estate professionals who will work out of the office have a combined 18 years of experience.

The structure of the building remains true to its original design, but the interior has been completely updated. The building features six fully furnished agent offices, a state of the art conference room with an 82” HD TV, and a vintage style café where clients can enjoy a cup of coffee while meeting with their agent.

RE/MAX Distinction will serve homebuyers and sellers within the Montgomery, Conroe, Lake Conroe, Willis, and Plantersville areas all located in Montgomery and Grimes Counties. They will specialize in single-family homes including waterfront properties, golf course properties, acreage, and luxury homes.
