CONROE, TX -- B52 Brewing Company has engaged New Mill Capital to seek potential buyers for its Conroe, TX microbrewery, taproom, and beer garden set on six wooded acres. The sale includes all equipment, real estate, intellectual property, and book of business as a going concern.
New Mill Capital will now conduct the offering process focused on finding a strategic buyer for the operation and assets. B52 Brewing began as a homebrewing hobby between two brothers and expanded from a 12-keg operation in their garage to a successful 20 BBL microbrewery set on a great outdoor landscape in 2014.
“It’s time for us to transition our brewery to a new operator,” said Brent Daniel, Co-Owner of B-52. “While it’s a successful operation and we’ll leave our hearts with it, we’re dedicated to finding a new owner who will continue to take the care and pride in B-52 that we have.”
Equipment assets include a 20BBL brewhouse, hot & cold liquor tanks, 40 BBL fermenters & brite tanks, pumps, filling equipment, boiler, chiller, grain handling, grain mill & all support equipment. The brewery sits on a wooded 6-acre lot in rapidly expanding Conroe, just north of Houston, TX with a taproom and multiple outdoor spaces for patrons as well as rentable event space.
“This is such a cool place,” said Eric Weiler, Managing Principal at New Mill Capital “Solid beer and an awesome location has allowed B-52 to perform well even during Covid saddled years. This brewery will thrive for years to come, and we’re excited to be involved in the transition.”
