HOUSTON, TX -- Crime Stoppers and the Houston Police Department's Special Victims Division are seeking the public's help in locating a fugitive, Luis Lara, wanted for the Sexual Assault of a Child (14-17).

Reward of up to $5,000 leading to the arrest of the suspect(s) involved in this case.

On Sunday, November 20, 2022, Houston Police Officers responded to a report of a Sexual Assault of a Child in the 3200 Block of Louisiana St. in Houston, Texas. During the investigation, it was revealed that Luis Lara sexually assaulted the victim, who bravely made the outcry of abuse.

Luis Lara is described as a 30-year-old Hispanic male, standing at 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighing 225 lbs. He has brown eyes and brown hair.
