HOUSTON, TX -- Crime Stoppers and the Houston Police Department Special Victims Division are seeking the public's assistance in locating a fugitive, Carlos Arita, wanted for Continuous Sexual Abuse of a Child.

On Tuesday, May 24, 2022, the Houston Police Department received a report of Sexual Abuse that took place in the 300 block of Berry Rd. in Houston, Texas. The victim, a child, disclosed instances of sexual abuse by the fugitive, Carlos Arita, which occurred between April 2021 and February 2022.

Carlos Arita is described as a Hispanic male, 44 years old, approximately 5’2” in height, with brown eyes, and black hair.
