Job Description

The Vice President of Operations is a key role responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the company’s turnkey concrete services throughout the Greater Houston Metroplex. Reporting to the company President, this role ensures projects are completed on schedule, within budget, safely and to the highest standards of quality. The VPO will lead and develop the team to support the company’s growth, profitability, and reputation as a preferred partner for homebuilders.

Skills Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in concrete construction or related building trades, with at least 5 years in a senior management leading a team of 25+ employees.
• Proficiency in construction management software and project scheduling tools.
• Deep understanding of Houston-area building practices, permitting, and homebuilder expectations.
