HOUSTON, TX -- Crime Stoppers and the Houston Police Department's Special Victims Division are seeking the public's assistance in locating a fugitive wanted for a crime against a child. The fugitive, Malina LaJacqueline Sutton, is wanted for Injury to a Child with Bodily Injury.

Reward of up to $5,000 leading to the arrest of the suspect(s) involved in this case.

The incident in question occurred on Thursday, October 12, 2023, in the 3400 block of Almeda Genoa Rd. in Houston, Texas. Houston Police Officers responded to a report concerning a child victim who had sustained injuries. Subsequent investigations revealed that the child had been subjected to physical abuse, resulting in bodily harm. The victim bravely spoke out, identifying Malina Sutton as the perpetrator.

Malina Sutton is a Black female, standing at 5 feet 1 inch tall and weighing approximately 110 pounds. She has brown eyes and black hair.
