HOUSTON, TX --- Crime Stoppers and the Houston Police Department Vehicular Crimes Division are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the suspect(s) responsible for a Hit and Run – Failure to Stop and Render Aid – Fatality incident.

Reward of up to $5,000 leading to the arrest of the suspect(s) involved in this case.

On Tuesday, January 30, 2024, at approximately 11:04 p.m., Raymond Edward Martinez was tragically struck by a vehicle in the 400 block of Parker Rd. in Houston, Texas. Mr. Martinez was crossing the roadway southbound when he was struck by the suspect’s vehicle, which was traveling westbound. Shockingly, the suspect(s) fled the scene without rendering aid to Mr. Martinez. Tragically, as a result of the collision, Mr. Martinez suffered major injuries and succumbed to them.

Hit and run incidents have devastating consequences, not only for the victims and their families but for the entire community. It is imperative that those responsible for such reckless actions are held accountable for their crimes. By coming forward with any information, the public can play a crucial role in bringing justice to Mr. Raymond Edward Martinez and his loved ones.
