On Friday, January 12, 2024, a devastating incident occurred in the 5400 block of Heatherbrook Dr. in Houston, Texas. Jonathan Leeroy Lemons was found lying on the ground in the parking lot with multiple gunshot wounds. Despite immediate medical attention, Mr. Lemons succumbed to his injuries, leaving his family and loved ones grappling with unimaginable grief.

The circumstances surrounding this senseless act of violence remain under investigation by the Houston Police Department’s Homicide Division.
