Eggs Up Grill’s First Greater Houston Location Coming to Conroe
CONROE, TX -- Eggs Up Grill, a rapidly expanding breakfast, brunch and lunch concept, will open its first Greater Houston restaurant in Conroe, Texas in November. Located at 2816 Interstate 45 North at Conroe Marketplace, this is the first of five Eggs Up Grills for Franchise Partners and father-and-son duo Chris and Kyle White. The restaurant is next to Gringo’s Mexican Restaurant, situated off the highway with easy access for Eggs Up Grill guests.
Chris White is a real estate broker and entrepreneur and has owned businesses spanning from mortgage services to tanning salons and video stores. Currently, he is the president of 360 Target Marketing and Dream Home Seekers. His son Kyle is an attorney and partner at White & Mejias in The Woodlands, Texas, specializing in real estate, wills, trusts and probate, with five offices throughout Texas. He started the firm in 2017 with his wife Megan. The Whites began searching for franchises and chose Eggs Up Grill because it is family oriented.
“When we decided to expand our portfolios into restaurants, and specifically brunch, it had to be a brand of the highest integrity with a track record of support, as well as the same culture and values that match ours,” said Kyle White.
Chris White added that Conroe has a strong sense of community, and values supporting local businesses.
“By opening a restaurant in Conroe, we can tap into that sense of local pride and build relationships with the community, which we think is crucial for long-term success. We are hoping to help contribute to the growing economy of Conroe with job opportunities, as well as provide a family-friendly restaurant where you are sure to enjoy great food and quality time with loved ones.”
With indoor seating for 138 and outdoor seating for 24, the 4,000 square-foot restaurant is designed to make guests feel at home in a light, bright and cheery atmosphere. The restaurant will serve guests seven days a week from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m., with dine-in, online ordering, takeout, catering and delivery options available. It also has a 16-seat private dining room available for larger groups or community gatherings called “The Coop.”
Eggs Up Grill will serve its full menu open to close. Signature menu items include made-to-order omelets, buttery, grilled blueberry muffins, classic breakfast dishes, croissant-style donuts, French toast, the Red, White and Blue Waffle, and lunch selections including burgers, melts, salads and more. Eggs Up Grill also caters events big or small, with a menu featuring breakfast favorites like eggs, grits, home fries, biscuits and gravy and muffins.
With locations across the Carolinas, Georgia, Florida, Virginia, Tennessee, Alabama, Texas and Mississippi, Eggs Up Grill offers a rewarding experience for guests and franchise partners alike.
