Notice of Emergency Supplemental Agenda Item

CONROE, TX -- The City of Conroe hereby declares a necessity of an Emergency Addition to the May 22, 2025, Conroe City Council Agenda, pursuant to Section 551.045 Texas Local Government Code. The City hereby declares that immediate action is required because of the imminent threat to Public Health and Safety. Said Emergency Agenda Item to be an urgent public necessity for a critical and immediate repair to water well no. 21, with an expenditure to Weisinger Inc. in an amount not to exceed $600,000.00.
