Top 10 Fugitive Levi Justin Baldwin, 17, Arrested by US Marshals Task Force in Montgomery County

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TX -- On June 3, 2025 the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office and Conroe Police Department personnel who are members of the USMS Gulf Coast Violent Offenders and Fugitive Task Force alongside US Marshals, arrested top 10 fugitive Levi Justin Baldwin. 17-year-old Baldwin was arrested for felony warrants in Montgomery County for Assault on a Peace Officer, Resisting Arrest and Criminal Trespassing. Baldwin is currently confined in the Montgomery County Jail.
