Conroe Police Respond to Fatal Head-On Collision on West Wally Wilkerson Parkway

CONROE, TX -- Early this morning, on Wednesday, June 11, 2025, at approximately 6:44 AM, the Conroe Police Department responded to a serious accident in the 400 block of West Wally Wilkerson Parkway. Upon arrival, officers discovered a head-on collision involving a silver GMC truck and a black Chevrolet SUV, both of which were severely damaged.

The Montgomery County Hospital District and the Conroe Fire Department also responded to the scene and began life-saving treatment for the drivers and passenger involved. Unfortunately, the 27-year-old male driver of the Chevrolet SUV was pronounced deceased at the scene. One passenger from the Chevrolet SUV, as well as the driver of the GMC truck, were transported to nearby hospitals for treatment.
