MONTGOMERY, TX -- The Headliner Comedy Series at Margaritaville Lake Resort Lake Conroe | Houston continues with another unforgettable night of laughs in July. Whether you’re planning a date night or a night out with friends, this is the evening you’ve been waiting for.
Your host for the evening is Billy D. Washington, an award-winning comedian who has appeared twice at the prestigious Just for Laughs Comedy Festival and the HBO Aspen Comedy Festival. With credits spanning HBO’s Def Comedy Jam, Comedy Central, Last Comic Standing, and The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson, Washington brings energy, warmth, and sharp wit to every room he enters.
On Saturday, July 25th, the spotlight shines on headliner Caroline Picard, known to fans as the "Cajun Queen of Comedy." A Grammy-nominated comedian for her album "Live at the Laff Stop," Picard has opened for comedy legend Ron White, headlined for Carnival Cruise Line for over a decade, and entertained U.S. troops overseas more than a dozen times. With her bold, no-holds-barred style, Picard brings more than 20 years of stage experience and rock-concert energy to every show.
Rounding out the lineup as feature act is Patrick Eady, a Houston-based stand-up who runs several of the city's own comedy shows and has opened for national touring acts including Rich Vos, David Gborie, and Stavros Halkias. A familiar face on the Houston comedy scene, Eady brings high energy and sharp crowd work to the stage.
