Heritage Oaks welcomes new employees

CONROE, Texas -- Heritage Oaks Assisted Living and Memory Care Community welcome Michelle Lauer and Bonnie Beasley as Life Enrichment Coordinators. Heritage Oaks, located at 903 Longmire Road in Conroe, provides services for assisted living and memory care residents.

Lauer previously worked for the non-profit organization The Friendship Center as an Activities Coordinator. After two years she managed activities for both the Conroe and Willis locations. She also has worked with First Baptist Church of Conroe and as an office manager for a medical office. Lauer has been happily married for 20 years and has four children.

Beasley previously worked for Ice Rink Events as an Administrative Assistant. Prior to that she gained experience in Event Coordinating at Heather’s Glen, a premiere wedding facility. Beasley received a Bachelors of Arts in Family and Consumer Sciences from Sam Houston State University.

Heritage Oaks’ leadership team also includes our Executive Director, Becky Knutson, LVN; and Memory Care Director, Roxan Maddix, Wellness Director, Comfort Ibe RN-BSN, and Community Marketing Director, Tara McDonald. They have extensive experience in assisted living memory care and geriatric services in the Conroe area. Heritage Oaks Assisted Living and Memory Care will celebrated 1 year of business on March 25, 2011.
