Volleyball: Conroe finishes with win

CONROE, Texas – The Conroe High School volleyball team closed out the 2012 season with a 3-0 sweep over Lufkin.

The Tigerettes finished with a 17-19 overall record and a 3-9 slate in District 14-5A play.

Aubrey Harrison and Caroline Wold split 16 kills in the 25-6, 25-13, 25-13 victory.

Alexis Nettles added 11 digs in her final match as a senior. Emma Morrison also played her final match along with seniors Mikaela Phillips, Katelyn Tannery and Caitlin Hamilton.
