Ball Metal Containers Participates in Back to School Drive

CONROE, Texas -- During the month of July, Ball Metal Container conducted a Back to School Supply drive to benefit the clients of Children’s Safe Harbor. Ball Metal Container employees collected enough school supplies and backpacks to help send 93 clients back to school with the supplies that they need in order to start the school year off right.

In addition to backpacks and school supplies, Ball Metal employees purchased eight MP3 players for the clients of Children’s Safe Harbor to utilize during “relaxing therapy”.

Children’s Safe Harbor is a nationally accredited children’s advocacy center serving children from age 2 to 17 years old in Montgomery, San Jacinto, and Walker Counties. The mission of Children’s Safe Harbor is to protect and enhance the life of every child who has the courage to battle sexual and physical abuse.*
