Children Shook Their Summer Sillies Out at the Woodlands Children's Museum Party

THE WOODLANDS, TX – August 27, 2013 –Visitors to The Woodlands Children's Museum on Friday, Aug. 23 celebrated going back to school – with one last, big summertime bash.

For the annual “Shake Your Summer Sillies Out” event, the museum was transformed into a carnival -- complete with face painting, silly photo opportunities, slime Olympics, hula hooping, shadow dancing, games and more.

Tom’s Fun Band rocked the place with a child-friendly music show, and Scott Hollingsworth brought his amazing magic show to the stage.

The Woodlands Children’s Museum offers a full calendar of exciting activities throughout the year for children ages 7 and under. Daily admission is $5 per person 2 years and older. Admission is free for children under 2 and for museum members. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
