Central Park Condominiums Mold Infestation

Central park condominiums is the worst place to live in conroe there is mold in the apartments the AC units are from the 1970's and continuously they recycle freon and put old freon in the units electric bill averages 350 year round due to insufficient infrastructure and barely working AC units; multiple tenants experience this as well as flooding. One of my neighbors has a list of how many times he has requested maintenance to come fix these problems and they still are not fixed this list is abnormally long.
