CBRE marketing 673-acre parcel in Conroe Willis area

CONROE, Texas -- CBRE announces the exclusive marketing assignment for Moran Ranch, a 673-acre parcel of land just north of the Houston Metroplex in Willis and Conroe, Texas.

The site is primed for a master-planned residential development, with a park-like setting and abundance of rolling topography and hardwoods. Its proximity to major new commercial developments in North Houston and frontage and visibility to four major thoroughfares offer convenience and opportunity for Houston’s northward growth and expansion.

The site features approximately two miles of frontage along Interstate 45, as well as high visibility and access to FM 1097, FM 830 and Highway 75. It is 17 miles from The Woodlands Mall and 22 miles from the ExxonMobil campus under development.
