New Menu at Radical Eats: Montrose Eatery Serves up Fresh Ingredients, Locally Sourced Cuisines, Veg

HOUSTON, TX - For foodies who appreciate a healthy meal, there's an option in town that promises to please all types of palettes.
Radical Eats Restaurant Houston
Radical Eats - a neighborhood refuge for fresh food and conscientious dining options - has just released a new menu.
For appetizers, diners will have a choice of guacamole, spicy buffalo cauliflower or nachos, which can be made vegan, vegetarian or with meat. Vegan Texas chili and an avocado salad are another option for a light lunch.
Entrees include beef and black bean burgers, fried avocado or lemongrass tofu tacos, chicken, beef or smoked portabella fajitas and a selection of tamales, including chicken mole, red chile pork, sweet potato and orange, spinach and corn and chipotle black bean.
Mushroom enchiladas served with cashew cream, spinach enchiladas with tomatillos and chicken enchiladas suizas are also featured in the line-up.
Owner Staci Davis said that even the vegan dishes are hearty enough to satisfy a hungry Texan. 'We use quality ingredients and serve everything up as fresh as possible,' she said. 'People who want healthier choices deserve creative and delicious options.'
She also wants to accommodate all types of dietary restrictions. For example, the kitchen crew keeps gluten-free items away from anything containing wheat - and makes corn tortillas by hand.
