UPDATE:

11-year old hits hole-in-one on first drive on the par-3 course designed by Tiger Woods.

MONTGOMERY, Texas - The first ace recorded on ‘The Playgrounds’ par-3 course at BlueJack National, was hit on the first shot by the first player, 11-year old Taylor Crozier from Corpus Christi. Witnessing the hole-in-one was the architect of the course, Tiger Woods, who congratulated Crozier with a bear hug. See video First hole-in-one at 'The Playgrounds' course at Bluejack National

Crozier was introduced to the crowd as one of a couple of juniors representing the South Texas PGA, who had earned the right to play a round with Tiger Woods. The ace enabled Taylor and his partner to beat Woods by three strokes.

In the introduction of Taylor as he approached the first tee box, the emcee announced that Taylor had "perfect attendance in school this year – until today." The event was a memory of a lifetime, well worth playing hookie for.
