Grand Central Park home builders announced and will be at GCP picnic April 9

CONROE, Texas - Grand Central Park, a Johnson Development, has announced their lineup of home builders in their new 2,046-acre, mixed-use community, now that the infrastructure of roads and thoroughfares has been completed.

West Village at the northwest corner of the development, will offer traditional single-family homes, lifestyle townhomes, and patio homes, on 350 wooded sites built by the following world-class luxury builders:

• Coventry Homes will be offering its Built Around You program which allows buyers to customize a luxury townhome to suit their taste and specific needs.
• Darling Homes will build its Signature Patio Collection will feature spacious living areas, private master suites, and expansive covered porches.
• David Weekley Homes will feature unique gourmet kitchen islands, game and media rooms, and luxurious master suites.
• Drees Custom Homes luxury, villa-style homes will offer gourmet kitchens, spacious master suites, all with designer touches.
• Perry Homes will offer a variety of plans to suit every size family and lifestyle.
• Village Builders will feature their Vintage Villas Collection with functional design elements like a arge open chef's kitchen, spacious family room, covered patio and balcony, and a garage porte cochere.

In this first section of new homes are all within a five-minute walk to parks and open spaces. Residents will have access to both I-45N southbound and Loop 336 South, which provides access to I-45N northbound.

Grand Central Park will host the third in a series of on-site information gatherings titled “Houston’s Tastiest Picnic in the Park,” Saturday, April 30, from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m., when guests can visit with representatives of each homebuilder. The family-friendly event will be free and will include picnic favorites, popcorn, cotton candy, balloon art, and music. Interactive events will include an on-site obstacle course and zipline.

Later in the year, model homes by each Grand Central Park homebuilder will be open for viewing.
